1. TxtPub Ink (Virtual Utility Credits)

TxtPub Ink are non-refundable virtual utility credits used exclusively for promotional services and account enhancements within the TxtPub platform. TxtPub Ink have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender or any other form of currency.

2. Support Badges

The Support Badge is a 30-day digital service enhancement. Upon purchase, users receive cosmetic profile features and access to specified platform perks. This is a digital service and is considered fully rendered upon activation.

3. No Cash-Out Policy

TxtPub does not offer "cash-out" or "redemption" services. Credits earned or purchased on the platform may only be used for platform-specific activities (e.g., Article Promotions, Author Promotions).

4. Refunds

All purchases of TxtPub Ink and Support Badges are final. Refunds are not provided for unused credits or partially used subscription periods, except where required by local law.

5. Account Termination

In the event of account termination for violation of Community Guidelines, all remaining TxtPub Ink and active Support Badges are forfeited and carry no residual value.

6. Third-Party Author Transactions & External Memberships

TxtPub provides a platform for authors to showcase their work and provide links to external membership services (such as Patreon or personal websites). Any financial transaction involving an author-specific membership, subscription, or direct payment is strictly a contract between the User and the Author.

TxtPub does not process these payments, does not take a commission from these external transactions, and is not responsible for the fulfillment of rewards, content access, or refunds related to external author services. Users engage with third-party author services at their own risk.
